INTRODUCTORY
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the services provided by Glamariss Esthetics (“Day Spa”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) to you, the client (“Client” or “You”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
2. SERVICES
2.1. Glamariss Esthetics offers a range of skincare services, including customized facials, PCA Chemical Peels, lash extensions, lash lifts & tints, body waxing, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, eyebrow tinting, laminating, and staining, as described on our website, or as discussed in communication with the Client.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about their medical history, allergies, and any medications they are currently taking.
3.2 The Client is responsible for following pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by Glamariss Esthetics for the best outcomes and safety.
4. APPOINTMENTS and CANCELLATION
4.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and availability is subject to our scheduling system. We require a credit card on file to book your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until checkout unless a specific service requires a deposit. Your deposit, if applicable, will be applied towards the total cost of your services.
4.2. A cancellation policy, if applicable, will be communicated to the client and must be adhered to. A 50% fee of the booked service(s) for any cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged. A 100% fee of the booked service(s) for NO SHOWS will be charged.
4.3. All clients are asked to enter their card details at the time of booking.

5. PAYMENT

Payment of services is due at the time of service, as per the rates and terms communicated by Glamariss Esthetics.
2. Glamariss Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Replacements will not be issued. Prices subject to change.
6. LIABILITY and CONSENT
6.1. The Client acknowledges and assumes the risk associated with services provided by Glamariss Esthetics.
6.2. Glamariss Esthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications unless they result from Glamariss Esthetics negligence.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. Glamariss Esthetics respects your privacy. Personal information and medical records will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. OUT-IN for COMMUNICATIONS
8.1 By submitting your contact information you agree to receive communications from Glamariss Esthetics, including appointment reminders and updates.
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
9.1. Glamariss Esthetics reverses the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes.
